We offer free shipping on orders over $89 within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Tracking

To track your order, simply visit our “Track My Order” page and enter your email(used at checkout) and order number in the designated field. You will then be able to see the current status of your package, including its estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 1-3 day(s) for the tracking information to populate.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping Times

We work with global suppliers to source high-quality parts. Below are our estimated shipping times:

  • Performance Parts:  3-7 business days
  • Gloss-Black ABS Material: About 3-7 business days
  • LEDs & Other Parts: 1-2 weeks
  • Carbon Fiber Parts: Approximately 2-4 weeks, including production time
  • Larger Carbon Fiber Components: About 7-9 weeks, including production time. (See freight shipments section below for more details)

Order with multiple items often ship separately for faster delivery.

Production

Certain items, such as carbon fiber parts, custom carbon fiber parts or specialized performance components, may require a production period. Production times can vary depending on the complexity and specifications of the order.

Larger Carbon Fiber Production Time

Applicable products: Hoods, Fenders, Trunks, Roofs, Wheels, Bumpers, Custom steering wheels, etc.

The production of larger carbon fiber items requires meticulous attention to detail and precision. Due to the complex manufacturing process and our commitment to delivering high-quality products, the production time for these items is typically 5 to 7 weeks. This timeframe ensures that we meet our strict standards for quality and durability in every piece we create.

Freight Shipments(if applicable)

While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we’ve all come to expect for small parcels, so it’s important that you’re prepared and understand what’s required of you well before delivery day.

  • Applicable products: Hoods, Fenders, Trunks, Roofs, Wheels, Bumpers, etc.
  • Handling: Items such as large performance parts and larger carbon fiber components that exceed standard shipping dimensions will be shipped via freight. This ensures safe and secure transportation of your order. Most freight products ship on a pallet.
  • Delivery Time: Freight deliveries typically take longer than standard shipping. You can expect delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
  • Scheduling: The freight carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is important to provide a valid phone number at checkout for this purpose.
  • Delivery Conditions: Freight deliveries are curbside only, meaning the driver will deliver the item to the curb at the end of your driveway. If you require additional services such as inside delivery, please contact us beforehand to arrange for these services, which may incur additional charges.
  • Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the item for any damage before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any visible damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Do not refuse the shipment unless the item is significantly damaged.
  • Assistance: It is advisable to have someone available to help you with the item as drivers are not required to assist with unpacking or moving the item beyond curbside delivery.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed once the order has been shipped.

Due to fraud risks, all shipping address changes are reviewed by management on case by case basis.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders, there may be instances where shipping delays occur. These delays may be caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with updates on the status of your order. If your package is delayed due to carrier issues, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get your package delivered as soon as possible.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to report the issue. Please be prepared to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging, as well as the order number and tracking information. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the carrier is responsible for the damage, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as the claim is settled. If you do not report the damage within the specified timeframe, we may not be able to file a claim with the carrier and may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Route Package Protection

For added peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection, which can be optionally purchased at checkout. This service provides additional protection for your shipment, ensuring that you are covered in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you have purchased Route Package Protection, we’ll coordinate with Route to process the claim.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the recipient refuses delivery, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please note that we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in shipment due to refusal.

Canadian Orders

Shipments to Canada are treated as all the other international shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all the applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees imposed on the import shipments by the Canadian government.

What are these fees?

Tax:

Canada Customs assesses taxes (GST and/or PST) on goods valued at $20 CAD or more.

  • GST (Value Added Tax) is 5%
  • The PST can be anywhere from 6-14% (depending on the province destination).
  • A “commercial invoice” will be enclosed with your order. It will contain the necessary information for a proper tax assessment.

DUTY:

Also known as a tariff, Duty is a special kind of tax that you pay to the Canadian government when you import goods. Duties can be imposed to help protect local industry, making it more difficult for foreign manufacturers to compete with Canadian manufacturers.

  • Duty rates can vary from 0% (duty free) to 20%, depending on the type of goods.

Want to be extra sure? You can call the Canadian Border Information Service Hotline and ask an agent specifically about the duty on a particular item. The phone number is 1-800-461-9999.

BROKERAGE AND/OR HANDLING FEES:

Brokerage and Handling fees are not imposed by the Canadian government or by V7 Motorsports, but by a courier company (UPS, FedEx, or USPS/Canada Post). The courier company is charging you for providing customs service for you: being your agent when “clearing” your parcel across the border.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the shipping destination. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.

Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs processing, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.
